1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bn88 platform and the user. By using any service provided through bn88's website, mobile application or any other digital channel, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with bn88, users must meet the following requirements:

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active.

Account Security

Transferring, selling or allowing any third party to use an account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

3 Account Verification

bn88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required particularly when a withdrawal is requested, when unusual activity is detected, or when significant transactions occur on an account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Third-Party Transactions

Depositing from a third party's account or withdrawing to a third party's account is prohibited. The mobile banking number used for transactions must be registered in the account holder's own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wager of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

A bonus is never direct cash — funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

General Bonus Policy

• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using a bonus.
• Some games may not be eligible for bonus wagering.
• bn88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of misuse or manipulation of bonus terms is found.

6 Gaming Policy

Betting Limits

Technical Issues

If a transaction is left incomplete due to network disconnection or server issues during gameplay, a decision will be made based on bn88's server logs. Odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be considered void.

Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

• Account hacking, phishing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Modifying game software in any way, or using bots or automated betting software.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, intimidating or defrauding other members.
• Misleading the public by using bn88's identity or name.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, bn88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit any balance in the account. Legal action may also be taken.

8 Limitation of Liability

bn88 provides its services on an "as is" basis. bn88 accepts no liability for financial losses in the following cases:

• Internet connection issues or problems with the user's device.
• Errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
• Unplanned server maintenance or upgrades.
• Losses resulting from the user disclosing their own password or account information.
• Information or odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

bn88's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the user's actual deposit balance in their account.

9 Privacy

10 Responsible Gaming
